Hakkı Özdemir was born in Kırıkkale in 1964. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kırıkkale. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. Hakkı Özdemir, who started his specialist training at Ankara Numune Hospital and Ankara Numune Research Hospital in 1989, became a physical therapy and rehabilitation specialist in 1993. He worked as a physical therapy and rehabilitation specialist at Ankara Numune Hospital's Sincan District Polyclinic between 1993 and 1996. He worked at Muğla State Hospital between 1996-2006. Hakkı Özdemir, who has been working as a physical therapy and rehabilitation specialist at Muğla Yücelen Hospital since 2006, has articles and book chapters published in national and international indexed journals.
