Uğur Neşet Demir was born in Izmir in 1961. He graduated from Izmir Kabataş high school in 1979. Uğur Neşet Demir, who started studying at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1979, received his expertise in General Surgery at Izmir Training and Research Hospital. There have been approximately over 1000 obesity surgery cases since 2010.
