Op. Dr. Kandemir Baş was born in Muğla in 1992. He completed his primary school education at Emirbeyazıt Primary School and his high school education at Antalya Science High School.

He started his medical education at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, the most established medical school in our country, in 2010 and graduated in 2016, earning the right to specialize in Cardiovascular Surgery at Dr. Siyami Ersek Chest, Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital, the center where the most heart surgeries are performed in Europe. During his specialization, he participated in numerous operations in the fields of coronary artery surgery, valve surgery, aortic surgery, open and closed vascular surgery, and varicose vein surgery. He successfully completed his specialization in 2022 and completed his state service obligation duty at Van Training and Research Hospital. During this duty, he actively performed trauma surgery, varicose vein operations, open heart surgery, open and closed vascular operations with the current information in the world literature.

He is a member of the National Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Association and the Turkish Cardiovascular Surgery Association and actively conducts scientific studies.
