Hüseyin Murat Okutucu was born in 1967. He completed his primary and secondary education in Muğla and high school at İzmir Atatürk High School. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1990, which he started in 1984. He came to Muğla Marmaris after compulsory service and worked in the Family Medicine and Emergency Service for 32 years. He works as Deputy Chief Physician and Tourism Medicine Coordinator at Marmaris Yücelen Hospital. He currently provides consultancy services on Workplace Medicine and Occupational Health and Safety to nearly 50 companies in Marmaris and Muğla districts. He speaks fluent German and English. Dr. H. Murat Okutucu is married and has two daughters.
